As an Accountable Care Network, People of Color Network, Inc. (PCN), a leading community-based 501c(3) charitable organization, is providing integrated behavioral and physical health services through collaborative care programs, culturally and linguistically responsive services, serving more than 6,000 adults, youth, children and their families in Maricopa County and parts of Pinal County.
